To my delight, my hubby has already pulled out the Barbecue Grill.  To this day, I believe it is the best gift that I have ever bought him.  I am not sure if he feels the same way, but… it affords me many free nights during the summer months.  Last year he made a watermelon salsa that was to die for, and it was the perfect side to the food cooked on the grill.   I have never really been a salsa fan, but I loved it.   And, it opened me up to trying different kinds of salsa.   I love mango, so this week’s choice was a NO BRAINER.
